Mock disciplinary hearing November/December 2019

Managers are expected to manage all aspects of employees’ conduct in the workplace. An essential part of this includes dealing with misconduct under the organisation’s disciplinary policy.

While they might have access to written procedures that set out what to do, it is not always easy to learn how to conduct a disciplinary hearing in practice.

The session will be built around a “live” disciplinary hearing case study. The mock disciplinary hearing will demonstrate what can be expected at each stage of the hearing and will include:

Led by experienced employment lawyers, this interactive session will give an insight into what to expect when conducting a disciplinary hearing, including some of the common legal and practical issues that can arise.

Cost & timings

Registration will take place from 9am with the seminar commencing at 9:30am and finishing by 1.00pm when lunch will be served. There will be networking opportunities during registration, coffee breaks and over lunch. 

£40 inclusive of VAT per delegate including lunch. This course qualifies for three CPD hours.
